Coodrdinate Pair A graphical representation of pairs of related numerical values that shows the relation ship bewteen two variables.
Coodrdinate Graph An order pair of #s used to locate a point on a coordinate grid.
Dependent Variable 1 of the 2 variables in a relationship.
Equation, Formula A rule containing variables that represents a mathematical relationship.
Independent Variable 1 of the 2 variables in a relationship.
Pattern A change that occurs in an predictable way.
Relationship An association between 2 or more varibles.
Rule A summary of perdictable relationship that tells how to find the value if a variable.
Scale A labeling scheme used in each of the axes on a coordinate graph.
Symbolic Form Anything written or expressed through the use of symbols.
Table A list of vaules for 2 or more variables.
Variable A quantity that can change.
X-axis The # line that is horizontal on a coordinate grid.
Y-axis The # line that is vertical on a coordinate grid.
