| Define “Respect/Win-win” | Having great respect and relationships with each other this seeks win-win situations to our guests, partners and the community. Each and one of us is accountable of providing great operations with integrity by demonstrating our values. |
| Define “Growth” | Everything is changing. We grow and learn with everybody. Greatest way to do so is to teach. There We demonstrate what we learn and help others too. |
