Activated Case A case status showing that all eligiblity requirements have been met and a benefit is being issued.
Active Evidence Information that a worker selects to use to determine eligibility
Case Participants All of the different household participant types who play a role or roles in a case. Ex: persons, providers.
Claimant The person completing an application for food assistance.
Client(Person) A participant role for an individual who has registered with the agency as an applicant for benefits.
Eligibility Checks The result of a system initiated or user initiated process with the agency as an applicant for benefits or services.
ePass Electronic Pre-Assessment Screening Service- A secure, web based, self- service tool that enables inquires to screen for potential eligibility.
Evidence Information that is requested or received by the local agency to determine the claimants eligiblity for food assistance
Evidence Dashboard A view of Evidence where all evidence types can be displayed and accessed for viewing, u dating.etc
House hold Meal Group All individuals who live and eat together and are therefore included in the same food and nutrition services unit.
Household Relationship The manner in which members of a household are related to one another,
IGE Script Investigation A thorough examination of all eligibility factors

Income support case The purpose of an income support case is to consolidate case information for one or more participants.
Intake Initial interview
Intelligent evidence gathering A curuam (software) product that gathers info in a structured, intelligent manner and guides user or caseworker.
Participant A party that has direct or indirect interaction with the county agency about which the agency needs to record information.
Register a person The person used t turn a prospect person into a person.
Sanction (disqualified indivdual an individual removed from FNS
