What is Ninjacat? Reporting software that pulls in data from all sources to house all the information on one report. It's a broad overview.
What are Ninjacat's functions Pull individual property and portfolio-wide reports. Internal dashboards & downloadable reports Client-facing dashboards (not able to download to PDF)
Who Creates the NinjaCat Reports Monthly Scheduled Reports | Implementations Roll-Up Reports | Campaign Managers Monthly Performance Call Reports | Account Managers
what is a roll up report? A super high level overview of all the properties in a client's portfolio.
When do monthly Performance Calls get sent out and by whom? They get sent out the 3rd of every month by Implementations
When using Ninjacat, what tabs do we use? Accounts tab only
In Ninjacat what does the dashboard do? Dashboard: pull up information in real-time without having to run a report
Are we able to edit the first report in Ninjacat? No not ever. Unless the person that is supposed to receive the report changes. That is the only time. Then import the email to the client to Salesforce
How do I run a report in Ninjacat? Click the plus sign on the top right. Update the SCHEDULE settings when to send to client OR if just for me, set the date and time to now. Click DO NOT email if for me. save and then Run Now from the hamburger.
