| Obtuse triangle | A triangle with one obtuse angle |
| Right triangle | A triangle with one right angle |
| Intersecting lines | Lines in a plane that cross at exactly one point which forms 4 angles |
| Parallel lines | Are lines in a plane that are ALWAYS the same distance apart and NEVER intersect. |
| PerpendiculaR lines | Lines in a plane that intersect to form 4 right angles |
| Parallelogram | A quadrilateral with 2 pairs of parallel sides & 2 pairs of sides of Equal length |

| Square | A quadrilateral with 2 pairs of parallel sides and 4 equal lengths AND 4 right angles |
| Quadrilateral | A polygon with 4 sides and 4 angles |
| Line OF symmetry | Divides a shape into 2 parts that are the SAME size and shape |
| Line symmetry | When a shape can be folded about a line and the 2 parts match exactly |
