Coda A concluding event
Confound Prove something wrong (eg, a data point that confounds a hypothesis)
Deign Do something considered to be beneath one’s dignity.
Doff Remove (an item of clothing)
Dote To be extremely and uncritically fond of.
Ethos The characteristic spirit of a thing.
Fallow Inactive
Falter Move unsteadily or in a way that shows lack of confidence.
Gossamer Light, insubstantial, delicate.
Harangue Noun: a lengthy and aggressive speech. See also: diatribe, tirade.
Impetuous Acting or done quickly and without care.
Insipid Lacking vigor or interest
Oblique Not explicit or direct in providing instruction.
Overwrought Too complex or intricate in design or construction
Prodigal Excessive or wasteful
Torrid Full of difficulty or tribulation
Waffle Noun - lengthy but trivial or useless talk or writing.
Abasement Noun: humiliation or disgrace

Accession The act/process of formally joining an organization.
Apprise Inform or tell someone
Bucolic Relating to the pleasant ascoects of our try life.
Circumspect Wary and unwilling to take risks
Coffer Funds or financial reserves
