1.Motion A object's change in position relative to a reference point.
2.Reference point The earths surface is common reference point for determining motion.
3.speed The distance traveled divided by the time interval during which the motion occurred
4.velocities The speed of an object in a particular direction
5. Acceleration The rate at which velocity changes over time; an object accelerates it its speed,direction, or both change.

8.Net force The combination of all of the forces acting on a object
9.Balanced forces When the forces on a object produce net of O N the forces are balanced
10.Unbalances forces When the net on and object is not O N the forces on the object are unbalanced
11.How do you know when something has moved ? An object is in motion if its distance relative to another object is changing. To tell if an object is moving, you use a reference point.
