Constant A number next to a letter repeating itself to get the variable alone
Cancel To convert something to another to help get the answer Ex:9\1 x 1\9 so cancel it out
Multiplicative inverse one of a pair of numbers who's product is one
additive inverse one of a pair of numbers who's sum is zero
