Chemical Reaction A reaction where the original substance is changed into a new substance.
Law of Conservation of Mass The amount of the mass of a substance is the same before and after a chemical reaction.
Reactants Substances that are added and react with each other in a chemical reaction.
Products Substances that are produced from a chemical reaction.
What does the subscript below an oxygen molecule tell you in O2? There are two atoms of oxygen in the molecule.
What the coefficient in front of a water molecule tell you in 2H2O? There are two molecules of water.
