| Build on your strengths | if you are good at doing something the time you invest in this activity will allow you to feel good about yourself |
| Be kind to your self | eliminate self critical or negative thoughts that are counterproductive |

| Practice new behaviors | creating success is a skill you can develop it by practicing positive new behaviors such as speaking with confidence, standing tall, and using proper grammar |
