Build on your strengths if you are good at doing something the time you invest in this activity will allow you to feel good about yourself
Be kind to your self eliminate self critical or negative thoughts that are counterproductive
Mission statement this establishes the purpose and values for which and individual or institution lives and works by
Practice new behaviors creating success is a skill you can develop it by practicing positive new behaviors such as speaking with confidence, standing tall, and using proper grammar
Respect others exercise good manners with others buy using words like please, thank you and excuse me
Short term goals usually those to be accomplished in a year or less
