What does the circulatory system do? It transports blood all over the body.
What does the respiratory system do? It absorbs oxygen into the body and releases carbon dioxide.
What does the excretory system do? It eliminates waste.
What does the digestive system do? It breaks down food, so our body can absorb the nutrients.
Which part of the brain produces voluntary responses? The cerebrum
Which part of the brain controls the organ functions? The brain stem
Which part of the brain controls balance and coordination? The cerebellum
What are three parts of the nervous system? The brain, the spinal cord, nerves
What does the nervous system do? It controls the body, sending, receiving and interpreting information.
What is a bundle of nerves that go to and from the brain and controls involuntary movements? The spinal cord.
What are some parts of the musculoskeletal system? Ligaments, tendons, muscles, bones
What are 2 good hygiene habits? Brush your teeth, shower daily
How can you have good posture? Sit staight up with your feet flat on the floor. Don't look down at your mobile too much.
