How long did it take for Luis to develop "The Golden Dawn Tangerine"? His whole life
Define the term, "rootstock". the root and trunk of a tree
Every tree on the farm begins as a rough lemon tree. How do they change the rough lemon into another type of tree? cut a slit in the rough lemon and set a new type of bud inside
What name does Luis call the new bud that he grafted into the rootstock? scion
Who is going to spray to eliminate mosquitoes? Wayne
As Paul watches the insecticide cloud up the back yard, another memory comes back to him. Mom and Dad have Paul in the center of a pretend circle and they are moving around him like the hands of a clock. What are they trying to determine? what he can and can not see

How had Luis messed up his knee? fell out of a tree clipping tangerines
Luis played soccer for Tangerine Middle. Why did he have to play goalie? because he was handicapped
The whole season Paul has not played goalie. Now they are playing Lake Windsor Middle and coach sends him in for Shandra, why? she got sick an d had to leave the game
Coach Walski backs off from threatening Coach Bright over Paul's address. What information does Coach Bright reveal that will cause Walski to back down? Antoni Thomas the football star was Shandra's brother and he lived in Tangerine school district
