Od čega zavise poslovi pripreme robe za prodaju? Zavise od vrste robe.
Šta je grupisanje robe? To je stavljanje robe u robne grupe radi lakšeg upoređivanja i biranja izložene robe.
Šta je klasiranje? To je označavanje proizvoda po kvalitetu.
Šta je prethodno ađustiranje? Ukrasno pakovanje npr. prilikom praznika.
Koji su faze u procesu maloprodaje? 1. Priprema prodavnice za rad 2. Neposredna prodaja 3. Završni poslovi prodaje
Koji su poslovi indirektno vezani za robu? 1. Priprema kase 2. Priprema alata i pribora 3. Priprema uniforme i ID kartice 4. Čišćenje izloga i prodajnog prostora 5. priprema sredstava zaštite
Koji su poslovi direktno vezani za robu? 1. Raspakivanje robe 2. Čišćenje robe 3. Grupisanje robe 4. Klasiranje robe 5. Sortiranje robe 6. Označavanje robe i čuvanje robe.
Prilikom raspakivanja robe o čemu treba voditi računa? Da se ne ošteti roba, oznake na robi i ambalaža ako se vraća ili ima svoju vrednost.
Kako se roba označava? Pomoću bar koda.
Opiši bar kod? To je simboličko i numeričko označavanje robe pomoću niza crnih linija, praznina i 13 brojeva
Šta znače brojevi u bar kodu? Prva tri broja zemlja porekla, narednih 6 proizvodjača, naredna tri proizvod i poslednji je kontrolni broj
