| Problem solving skills | The process of working through details of a problem to reach a solution. Problem solving may include mathematical or systematic operations and can be a gauge of an individual's critical thinking skills in solving everyday problems |
| Confidentiality | Keeping information and personal details of other people secret and maintain their trust |
| Routine tasks | Regular tasks, chores, or duties that must be done regularly or at specified intervals; typical or everyday activity |
