Sporadic- occurring at irregular intervals or only in a few places; scattered
Ephemeral lasting for a very short time
Pugilistic fighting with fists
Bellicose war like, inclined to fight
Propinquity the state of being close to someone or something; proximity

Peculiar unusual, strange or odd
