shoot system Includes organs such as leaves,buds,stem ,flower,and fruit and usually it develop above ground.
Root system Includes roots as well as modified stem structures such as tubers and rhizomes and usually it develops underground.
Root The organ of a plant that typically lies below the surface of the soil.
Root A root can also be aerial or aerating.
