Students will acquire new vocabulary about restaurant language.

QuestionAnswer
BREAKFAST MENU The a la carte segment in the breakfast menu offers fruits, cereals, eggs, meats, pancakes, French toast, waffles, bakery, and side dishes.
DINNER MENU Dinner menu present both a la carte and semi a la carte items. A dinner menu offer more appetizers and entrees than a luncheon menu.
What the waiter / waitress might say to you Can I get you a drink?,Would you all like to order a drink now?,Can I get a drink for you all?,Can I start getting your drinks started for you? and What drinks would you like?.
Ordering food Are you all ready to order your food now?,What would you like to eat today?,May I take your order now? and What would you all like to order?.
LUNCHEON MENU Luncheon menu generally offer appetizers, entrees, salads, cold and hot sandwiches, desserts, and beverages. Semi a la carte segment includes entrees whit salad, vegetables, potato, and rice.
