What caused the fall of the Gupta Empire? Invaders called the Hunas (related to the Huns)over ran the empire. Gupta Empire ended in 535 AD.
What impact did the Greeks, Persians, and Central Asians have on Indian life between the Mauryans and the Gupta Empires? They introduced new languages and customs to Indian society
Which empire Mauryan or Gupta had a most lasting impact on Indian history? Even though Gupta lasted almost two times as long as the Mauryan, when Asoka was emperor of the Mauryans he ruled in peace, built roads to help make better communication and encouraged religious tolerance
