| ductile | metals can be drawn into a thin wire |
| metals | group that can conduct heat and electricity and also has luster |
| non metals | the opposite of metals |

| metalloids | can be like metals and nonmetals |
| corrosive | property of metals=rusting |
| density | amount of mass in a certain volume |
