Health Is the level of functional and metabolic efficiency of a living organism
Junk Food Is a term for cheap food containing high levels of calories from sugar or fat with little fiber, protein, vitamins or minerals.
Triglycerides Are the main constituents of body fat in humans and other animals, as well as vegetable fat.
Steroids Is an organic compound with four rings arranged in a specific molecular configuration.
Nutrition Is the science that interprets the interaction of nutrients and other substances in food in relation to maintenance, growth, reproduction, health and disease of an organism.
Eating Disorder Is a mental disorder defined by abnormal eating habits that negatively affect a person's physical or mental health.
Vegetarianism Is the practice of abstaining from the consumption of meat (red meat, poultry, seafood, and the flesh of any other animal).
Diet Is the sum of food consumed by a person or other organism.
Recipe Is a set of instructions that describes how to prepare or make something, especially a culinary dish.
Obesity Is a medical condition in which excess body fat has accumulated to the extent that it may have a negative effect on health.
