Vacations in El Salvador

TermDefinition
Swimming pool An artificial area of water for swimming, or a building containing this.
Hotel A building where you pay to have a room to sleep in, and where you can sometimes eat meals.
Security The group of people responsible of a person, building, organization, or country against threats such as crime or attacks by foreign countries.
Tourism The business of providing services such as transport, places to stay, or entertainment for people who are on holiday
Elevator A device like a box that moves up and down, carrying people or goods from one floor of a building to another or taking people up and down underground in a mine
Direction The position towards which someone or something moves or faces.
Transportation A vehicle or system of vehicles, such as buses, trains, etc. for getting from one place to another
Reservation An arrangement in which something such as a seat on an aircraft or a table at a restaurant is kept for you.
Vacation A time when someone does not go to work or school but is free to do what they want, such as travel or relax
Ticket A small piece of paper or card given to someone, usually to show that they have paid for an event, journey, or activity.
