| Terminating Decimal | A decimal that stops. |
| Repeating Decimal | A decimal that repeats the same digit or group of digits forever. |
| Perfect Square | Any number that shows the area of a square |
| Square Root | A number that when multiplied by itself is equal to the given number. |
| Cube | A number raised the 3rd power. |
| Cube Root | The opposite of taking the cube of a number. |
| Perfect Cube | Any number that shows the volume of a cube. |
| Real Numbers | The set of numbers that together are rational and irrational numbers . |
