Vocabulary terms for disagreement and cooperation/groups.

| belligerent | Hostile; aggressive; quarrelsome |
| chide | to scold; to express dissatisfaction |
| contradictory | expression the opposite; inconsistent |
| discord | lack of agreement or harmony |
| haggle | to argue or bargain in order to come to favorable terms or a good price |
| ruse | a crafty trick intended to create a false impression |
| skirmish | a minor battle; sometimes on the fringes of a larger battle |
| strife | bitter conflict or struggle |
| accompany | to provide vocal or instrumental support for another musical part |
| accompany | to go someplace with another, as a companion |
| accomplice | a person who helps another person carry out a crime |
| affliate | to join or associate with a larger or more powerful group |
| affliate | person or group joined with a larger, more powerful group |
| assimilate | to adopt or take on the traditions of the larger or surrounding group |
