How does good government prove itself to be good? by upholding what is good in God's sight; by establishing a moral code that reflects God's character and its resulting expectations for man
in what context does Scripture estachlish submission and obidence to government? in the context of God's authority over creation,which means Christians must obey the higher authority
Explain the creation mandate God haqs called man to excercise wise and responsible dominion over His world.By managing God's world under Him as the only beings made in His image, we reflect the glories of our Maker across creation, to one another, and back to God.

discuss the trinity and the hiearchy of authority God is a single being existing in three distinct persons: the father, the son, and the holy spirit. the father is the leader and the policymaker; the son submits to the leadership of the father; and the holy spirit follows the leadership of the son.
Did God intend that every human fufill the creation mandate in the same capacity? No. some are to be leaders, and some are to be followes or helpers

who were the 2 founding fathers whose writings support the belief in the depravity of man? John Adams and James Madison
What does it mean to reward righteousness? Basic duty of Government-rewarded with offices in the government,less taxes, better schools
What does it mean to punish the unrighteousness? Basic duty of government -punish those that inflict pain unjustly on a governments citizens, prison, fines
Are the governments today like those of Israel in the Old Testament? No
If the BIble is our kind for human government, why do we not support a monarchy such as the kind Israel had? God had specific purposes for Israel that are not exactly applicable today. God clearly reveals the necessity of government but not the form of government
What is the ultimate obligation of government? to glorify God assisting humans in the work of fulfilling the creation mandate
Submission: 1. God requires obedience with a submissive spirit.2.Christians should obey government in order to maintain a good testimony and bacause God ordained governments to fulfill certain responsibilities3. government should not force
Why should Christians submit to imperfect human government? To be obidient to God; to serce as an example to believers, and o silence those who accuse Christians of unruliness
What is the result of living in submission to the government? life of submission serves as an example for the unsaved people as well as an apologetic fpr those who are ignorant concerning Christianity
How should a Christian determine when to obey his government and hwne not? when the law forces him to disobey the Bible
Why should submisson to government be easy for a Christian? Christians know that God ordained the government and submitting to that government is essentially submitting to God
Define evangelism the spreading of God's word
Is ti easier today for American Christians to be invovled in government than it was for Christians to participate in government during the Roman Empire Yes
Why is it vital for the Christian to understand his government? so he can be a contributing citizen
Discuss the positive ways Christians can interact with government. seek to evangelize public officials; pray for those in authority; vote for good candidates;run for office; work a campaign; educate yourself on the issues; write your leaders
