| yaw | when your car looses traction and you start slipping |
| vibration | shaking that the driver senses from the engine |

| scanning | picking up bits of information quickly |
| intersection | any place where traffic meets |
| cross street | street you turn off of |
| giving meaning | mental process that has to do with understanding what you perceive |
| commentary driving | saying aloud what you sense in a real world traffic situation |
