Myth CharacterIdentification
Aethra Theseus's mother who tells him the task so he will be able to go in search of his father
Theseus a brave young man who finds his father, King Aegeus, and goes to Crete and defeats the Minotar.
King Aegeus recognized his son by the sandals and sword he had. he killed himself believing his son had died at Crete
Phaethon son of the Sun, who made him promise to be able to ride the Sun's charriot. but he dies when he does. he was very foolish
Icarus had wings made from string, wax, and feathers. he didn't do as his father said so it caused him his death
King Minos he possesses the Minotar whom was built a labyrinth to kept the Monitar from escaping
Eurydice Dies from a bite of a serpent. She is rescued unsuccessfully from the underworld.
Orpheus He is Eurydice's husband who tried to rescue her. but he looked back and she returned to the Underworld. he soon dies and met her there.
Admetus He helps out Apollo whom told him he was to die in a few years. so his wife gave up her life for him. he least expected her to do that for him. but hercules helped save her.
Medusa was once a beautiful young lady but Athena made her turn into a serpent lady. whoever saw her would turn into stone.
