Present real conditional Sentence for general truths.
If clause Talk about the condition.
Result clause Talk about what happens if the condition occurs.
Real conditional For habits
Simple present or present progressive Use for if clause
Simple present Use for the result clause
Future real conditional Talk about what will happen under certain conditions.
If clause Gives the condition. Use simple present.
Result clause Gives the probable or certain result. Use future.
Comma Use between the two clause only when the if clause come first.
Unless For the negative conditions.
Modals Use in the result clause.
