| admit | 1: to allow to enter, send in, receive. 2: to confess, own up to, acknowledge. |
| emit | to send forth or release; to give off energy. |
| missile | an object, such as a rocket or torpedo, that can be launched or sent to hit something at a distance; a projectile. |
| mission | 1: a job one is sent to do; a goal or purpose. 2: a church set up to do religious work. |
| omit | to leave out, to exclude. |
| submit | 1: to be controlled by, to accept the rule of. 2: to send for consideration. |
| divert | 1: to turn aside or in other direction. 2: to entertain or amuse. |
| reverse | 1: causing movement backward. 2: to change or turn in a different direction. |
| versatile | talented, not limited, able to turn easily from one thing to another. |
| version | a way of presenting, a point of view. |
| versus | 1: against (usually abbreviated to vs.) 2: in contrast to. |
| vertebrate | a creature with a spine or backbone. |
| contradictory | inclined to say the opposite or deny; inconsistent. |
| contrary | inclined to oppose and be stubborn, opposite. |
| contrast | 1: to point out differences; to set apart one as unlike another. 2: difference. |
| controversial | debatable, stirring up opinions that turn against each other and clash. |
| commander | a person who is in charge, a leader. |
| management | 1: the act of directing and controlling 2: the people in charge of a business, such as the directors and supervisors. |
| maneuver | 1: to move or manage cleverly or skillfully. 2: a plan, scheme, or move. |
| manicure | 1: to trim and clip carefully, particularly the fingernails. 2: the care of the hands, especially polishing the nails. |
| manual | 1: involving work that requires the use of the hands and physical effort. 2: a guidebook or handbook, usually containing instructions. |
| manuscript | the material for a book or article that is submitted to a printer or publisher. 2: written by hand in unconnected letters, printing. |
| dissolve | 1: to become liquid, melt, pass into solution. 2: to break apart, to end. |
| solution | 1: the explanation or answer or a problem. 2: the result of dissolving a substance in a liquid. |
