Area Terms

QuestionAnswer
Area The extent or measurement of a surface or piece of land.
Pi The ratio of a circle's circumference to its diameter.
Radius A straight line from the center to the circumference of a circle or sphere.
Length The extent of something, especially as a unit of measurement, in particular.
Width The measurement or extent of something from side to side.
Surface Area The area of such an outer part or uppermost layer
Composite Figures A shape that consists of two or more basic figures.
Height The measurement from base to top.
