Multiplying Fractions

Mixed Number a whole number and a fraction written together.
Fraction Statement a statement using a fraction, such as, 4/5 of 20.
Simplify to write something in its shortest and simplest form.
Improper Fraction a fraction where the numerator is larger than the denominator.
Numerator the top number in a fraction. It tells how many parts of the whole there are.
Denominator the number written below the line in a fractions. It tells how many parts there are in a whole.
Fraction a part of a whole quantity or number.
Whole Number any counting number, but no fractions.
Algorithm a process or set of riles to be followed in calculations or other problem-solving operations.
