Extraneous (Adj) Not Necessary. The extraneous behavior is unacceptable.
Frivolous (Adj) Not having substance, sense of importance. "I will not tolerate this frivolous act" she said.
Incidental (Adj) Less important. The small incidental cut was barely looked at.
Inconsequential (Adj) Irrelevant. The mother told the child getting the toy was inconsequential.
Irrelevant (Adj) Not relating to the matter at hand. " I'm not going to deal with irrelevant issues."
Negligible (Adj) Likely to be neglected. "The boy found this negligible bird outside."
Peripheral (Adj) Truly important, minor. The peripheral is important to what we can see.
Petty (Adj) Small, not necessary. "Why are you being so petty." Hanna asked.
Superficial (adj) Lack important. The teacher sensed the child was being superficial.
Trifiling (Adj) unimportant. The trifling attitude is what got the man fired.
Trivial (adj) unimportant, trifling. "Using the word trivial helps define the word better."
