Irrelevant To stall people bring up irrelevant topics to shift the attention of the people.
Negligible Jenna feels like she is negligible to her coworkers since she is an intern.
Peripheral Sally only kept her job because she was peripheral to the case at hand.
Petty Petty insults could have a big impact on certain individuals.
Superficial My teacher hates superficial essays since they don't involve a lot of thinking.
Trifling Trifling news usually doesn't make it in to the newspaper since no one will read it.
Trivial When searching for small unknown singers the main key is to look for someone that seems trivial.
