eukaryotic example plants and animals
cell membrane regulates what enters and leaves the cell
cytoplasm contains mostly water and hold most of the cell's organelles
ribosomes makes proteins; can be found in the cytoplasm or on the Rough ER

centrioles helps in cell division; made of microtubules
cytoskeleton maintains cell of shape; made of microtubules and microfilaments
cell wall helps support, protect and provide structure for a plant cell
mitochondria powerhouse of the cell; provides energy
vacuoles stores nutrients and water; larger in plant cells than animals
