TermDefinition
Antiquated (adj.) old-fashioned or outdated. i have to visit my grandmothers antiquated house.
Antiquity (n.) the ancient past, especially the period before the Middle Ages. many museums are regarded with great antiquity.
Archaic (adj.) very old or old-fashioned. you have an archaic demeanor.
Obsolete (adj.) no longer produced or used; out of date. land lines are considered obsolete compared to cellular devices.
Relic (n.) an object surviving from an earlier time, especially one of historical or sentimental interest. my grandfather himself is a relic.
Contemporary (adj.) living or occurring at the same time; belonging to or occurring in the present. my room is described as modern contemporary.
Inception (n.) the establishment or starting point of an institution or activity. today marks the inception of the modern world.
Innovation (n.) a new method, idea, product, etc. Apple is know for being a face of innovation with the iphone,
Novel (adj.) of a new kind; different from anything seen or known before "Its an amazing and novel experience."
Unprecedented (adj.) never done or known before. due to unprecedented circumstances we cannot continue this relationship
Antediluvian (adj.) of or belonging to the time before the biblical Flood. i wonder how many antediluvian animals are still around.
