Parallel two lines that will never meet if extended in both directions

Congruent Equivalent
Rectangle A quadrilateral with all right angles

Line of symmetry Imaginary line where you could fold the figure and have both sides match up
Diagonal Sides in a figure that are opposite of one another
Classification To group something according to attributes or characteristics

Diagram A picture/chart
Kite A quadrilateral with two pairs of adjacent sides that are congruent
Adjacent Sides that are next to one another (share a vertex)
Vertex Where two sides meet (a corner)
Vertices The plural form of vertex
