acquaintance a person one has met but does not know well.
democracy a government in which the people have power in a direct way or through representatives whom they elect
indentify to find out or show who someone is or what something is.
indicate to show or point out
introduction a part at the beginning of something, such as a book, article, or speech, that explains what will follow.
majority a number or amount that is more than half.
protest a statement that says you think something is wrong and needs to be changed
recommend to speak or write about someone or something in a favorable way.
riot a violent disturbance caused by a large number of people
sprawl to lie, sit, or fall with the arms and legs spread out in a loose or relaxed way
