What is the relationship between time, power and energy? Power=Energy/Time
What is the unit of power? Watt (W)
What is the unit of energy? Joule (J)
What is the relationship between Watts and Joules? 1 Watt = 1J/s
What is a kWh? A unit of energy when a kW appliance has been left running for an hour?
Why has the production and sale of filament bulbs been banned? They are very inefficient and therefore waste a lot of energy.
What is payback time? The time taken for the savings of an appliance to pay back the original investment.
