What did Todd shove up Bud's nose? What was Bud's reaction to this? Todd shoved a pencil up Bud's nose so Bud hit Todd in the face across his left cheek.
What did Todd's mother do when she found the two boys fighting? Mrs. Amos believed Todd when he said that Bud was the one hitting him, and hurting Todd. When it was really Todd hurting Bud. She yelled and threw him into the shed. (takes his suitcase)
Where did bud get sent to sleep for the night? Bud had to sleep in the shed with "vampire bats" and a puddle of blood (fish head).
What was Bud afraid of in the shed? Bud was afraid of vampire bats.
What did the vampire bat end up being? What really happens to Bud when he feels like someone stuck a red-hot nail into his left cheek? The vampire bat turned into a big hornets nest. Bud was being stung by a lot of hornets.
How does Bud escape from the shed? Bud slammed and broke the window, and jumped out.
What does rule #3 say? If you got to tell a like, make sure its simple and easy to remember.
What were the flyers in Bud's suitcase advertising? They are advertising Herman E. Calloway and the Dusky Devastators of the Depression. (Jazz band)
