Math Fraction Words

Terms And Definions

TermDefinition
Numerator The top of a fraction that shows how many parts of the whole you have.
Denominator The number below the line in a fraction.It tells the number of equal parts into which a whole is divided.
Mixed Fractions A fraction that includes wholes and parts.
