Coorperative involving mutual assistance in working toward a common goal.
Trust firm belief in the reliability, truth, ability, or strength of someone or something.
Leadership the action of leading a group of people or an organization
Leadership Style providing direction, implementing plans, and motivating people.
Automatic Leadership is a leadership style characterized by individual control over all decisions and little input from group members.
Democratic Leadership leadership style in which members of the group take a more participate role in the decision-making process.
Laissez-Faire Leadership leadership style in which leaders are hands-off and allow group members to make the decisions. Researchers have found that this is generally the leadership style that leads to the lowest productivity among group members.
Transitional Leader board- or executive-level individual brought in to tackle a corporate challenge with a defined purpose and direction.
Transformational Leader leadership approach that causes change in individuals and social systems. In its ideal form, it creates valuable and positive change in the followers with the end goal of developing followers into leaders.
