TermDefinition
Mistletoe A plant were people in the US kiss underneath it.
Stocking It is believe that if one hangs a stocking, Santa Claus will fill it with presents.
Wreath made out of tree leaves, flowers and/or other ornaments. People usually hang it on doors, walls, and windows.
Rudolph The red nosed reindeer. Santa Claus asked him to lead his sleigh, with his bright red nose.
Tinsel It is used to decorate the Christmas Tree, it is a Christmas ornament.
Poinsettia It is a plant with read flowers. In Spanish its called "Noche Buena"
Chimney It is believed that Santa enters thru this place when stopping by a house to leave Christmas gifts.
Holly It is a tree that has very pointy leaves and red berries. It was believed to be used as a sign of protection from the evil spirits. It is a very popular plant in the Christmas season
Gingerbread It is a cookie made out of Ginger
Sleigh Santa Claus Travels in it. It is pulled by reindeer.
Snowflake It is snow. It is very delicate, a feathery icy crystal.
Christmas Balls Balls to decorate the Christmas tree, they come in different colors and designs.
