What was the first life form on earth? Bacteria
What are the time periods placed into? They're placed in the geological time scale.
What is half life? Half of whatever the original value was.
What is the theory of how the earth came to be? The Big Bang theory
What is continental drift? The shift of the earth's continents.
What is the name of all the continents formed as one? Pangea
What was the first version of Men? The Great Apes
How many plate boundaries are there? Three
How many unconformity's are there? Three
What does seafloor spreading do? It moves the ocean and creates new crust.
What are tectonic plates apart of in the earth? They're apart of the earth's crust or upper mantle.
What is Data? Information collected from experiments.
What was the radiation caused by the Big Bang? Cosmic Microwave Background.
Why is scientific method used? To help create observations for everyone else to know about.
What is the use of relative dating? To help us determine the relative date of when specific events occur.
Why do we use relative age? To help us learn the date of when a life form was first born and died
What does wavelength do? Shows us the distance between the successive crests of waves.
What does frequency do? It shows us the rate of which something occurs or is repeated over a period of time.
Why do we use theory? To give thoughts on what we believe and then come up with facts to prove our theory's.
Name all Unconformity's? Unconformity, Nonconformity, Angular conformity.
