Why were the Tigris River and the Euphrates River unpredictable. It did not flood as often as the Nile river Source of both rivers were in Turkey which did not have a reliable rainy season Large distance between rivers and Turkey which could lead to flash floods.
What are flashfloods A flash flood is a rapid flooding of low-lying areas which is caused by intense rainfall from a thunderstorm of several thunderstorms.

Drought A lack of water caused by long periods of dry wether
Famine A severe of lack of food-No crops/food people starve
