Chastise To discipline. Sometimes parents need to Chastise their children.
Deprecate To ridicule or make fun of. "Hey, don't deprecate that boy just because he came in 2nd place. I saw you." Zoey said.
Impugn To oppose or attach someone or something as false or refutable. Do you think the teacher will Impugn his behavior for cheating?
Rebuff To snub; to bluntly refuse. Ethan's friends decided that they had enough of him, so they rebuffed.
Rebuke To reprimand or scold sharply. When you in a sorority group, you need to be careful because they will rebuke you.
Reprove To speak to in a disapproving manner; to scold. Jackson forgot to do his homework which made his teacher angry. She sat him down and spoke to him a Reprove way,
Upbraid to find fault with or reproach. The principal felt the need to upbraid the student because the student lied.
