Element A pure substance composed of the same type of atom throughout that cannot be separated.
Atom The smallest part of an element, made of electrons, protons, and neutrons.
Proton A positive particle found in the nucleus of an atom
Neutron A particle with not charge found in the nucleus of an atom
electron A negative particle found in an atom spinning outside of the nucleus
nucleus The center of an atom
Essential Something extremely important that you must have
Abundant Having a large amount of something
Period A row on the periodic table
Group A column on the periodic table
Lithosphere The land part of the earth
Hydrosphere the water part of the earth
bioshpere the life/living things part of the earth
atmosphere the air part of the earth
mass the amount of matter is in an object
volume the amount of space an object takes up
