Elements and stuff

Atom a particle made that helps make up an element.
Periodic table The periodic table is a graph in a specific order that shows all the current elements there are.
Metals Are solid at room temperature they are very shiny and they can be smashed flat by a hammer
NON-metals they have no luster poor conductors of electricity they can be brittle and will break easily not ductile they have low density low melting point less reactive than metals
Periods The periods are the rows numbered 1-7 the atomic number increases from left to right those in the same period have the same number of energy levels or shells chemicals properties are not all similar
