Circumlocution the use of many words where fewer would do, especially in a deliberate attempt to be vague or evasive.
Colloquial used in ordinary or familiar conversation; not formal or literary.
Diffuse spread or cause to spread over a wide area or among a large number of people.
Digress leave the main subject temporarily in speech or writing.
Eloquence fluent or persuasive speaking or writing.
Garrulous excessively talkative, especially on trivial matters.
Grandiloquent pompous or extravagant in language, style, or manner, especially in a way that is intended to impress.
Loquacious tending to talk a great deal; talkative.
Prattle foolish or inconsequential talk.
Rant a spell of ranting; a tirade.
Rhetorical relating to, or concerned with the art of speaking or writing formally and effectively.
Verbose using or expressed in more words than are needed.
Voluble speaking or spoken incessantly and fluently.
