Accountant Handles responsibilty, makes business decisions, prepares and interprets financial reports
Accounting Clerk A entry-level job that can vary from speciailzing in one part of the system to doing a wide range of tasks
For-Profit business Operate to earn money for their owners
Not-for-profit organzization Works to protect and preserve the enviorment
Public accounting firm Provide clients a variety of accounting services including the independent audit
Audit the review of a company's accounting systems and financial statements to confirm that they follow the generally accepted accounting principles
Certified public accountant Accountant who has met certain education and experience requirements and passed a national test
