gonerrhea an std caused by bacteria that live in warm moist areas of the body such as mucous membranes
genital herpes an std that is caused by the herpes simplex virus. herpes simplex 1 usually cold sores in or near the mouth.
Hepatitis B (HBV) viral std that attacks the liver and can cause extreme illness and death
syphilis an std caused by the bacterium treponema pallidum it prgresses in stages.
vaginitis an inflammation of the vagina by various organisms.
trichomonosiasis a type of vaginitis caused by the parasite.
Bacterial Vaginosis (BV) a type of vaginitis caused by an imbalance of bacteria normally in the vagina
pubic lice tiny parasitic insects also known as crabs that infest the genital areas of the genitals.
scabies an infestation of the skin with microscopic mites called sarcoptes scabiei
aids a potentially fatal disorder that interferes with the bodies natural ability to fight infections
hiv a virus that attacks the immune system
lymphocytes white blood cells from bone marrow that fight infections
antibodies proteins that help destroy pathogens that enter the body
AIDS-opportunistic illness(Aids-OLS) infections the body could fight off the if the body were healthy
