Math Angle Pairs

What are vertical angles? | They are pairs of congruent angles created when two line intersect. Like the letter " X " The angle opposite are the same in each side of the X |
What are Complementary angles? | Two angles that together can form a right angle. The sum equals 90 degrees. |
What are adjacent angles? | Two angles that share a common ray between them. Example. Angle ABC and CBD |
What are supplementary angles? | Two angles that form a straight line and the angles add up to 180 degrees. |
How many degrees do all the angle sad up to in a triangle? | 180 degrees. |
How many degrees does a right angle add up to? | 90 degrees. |
How many degrees does a circle have? | 360 degrees |
How many degrees does a square add up to? | 360 degrees. Each corner of a square is 90 degrees. 90x4=360 |
In a right angle one angle is 50, what is the other angle? | 90-50=40 degrees |
In vertical angles one angle is 30 degrees, what is the other angle? | 180-30=150 degrees. |
In a complementary angle one angle is 50, what is the other angle? | 90-50 = 40 degrees |
