Math Angle Pairs

QuestionAnswer
What are vertical angles? They are pairs of congruent angles created when two line intersect. Like the letter " X " The angle opposite are the same in each side of the X
What are Complementary angles? Two angles that together can form a right angle. The sum equals 90 degrees.
What are adjacent angles? Two angles that share a common ray between them. Example. Angle ABC and CBD
What are supplementary angles? Two angles that form a straight line and the angles add up to 180 degrees.
How many degrees do all the angle sad up to in a triangle? 180 degrees.
How many degrees does a right angle add up to? 90 degrees.
How many degrees does a circle have? 360 degrees
How many degrees does a square add up to? 360 degrees. Each corner of a square is 90 degrees. 90x4=360
In a right angle one angle is 50, what is the other angle? 90-50=40 degrees
In vertical angles one angle is 30 degrees, what is the other angle? 180-30=150 degrees.
In a complementary angle one angle is 50, what is the other angle? 90-50 = 40 degrees
In supplementary angles one angle is 30 degrees, what is the other angle? 180-30=50 degrees.
